Note: Any factor that may affect your child's ability to function independently in the school environment must be disclosed. If your child has a learning disability and has an Individual Education Plan, this must be provided as part of the application. Failure to disclose any learning difficulties may result in Medical conditions at the time of submitting the application until the application is subsequently withdrawn. Any offer made by the school is subject to the ability to meet the individual needs of the child. (At the end of the student’s medical file. Please also consider adding all the required attachments mentioned in the paper statement that was delivered to you.)
